For 9-12 months remaining:

This is when you have ample time remaining to prepare for the exam. So, for starters, learn the necessary details about the exam, its pattern, syllabus, and selection procedure. Allocate time to each section. Usually, all Sarkari job exams are different, most of them contain these basic sections: general awareness, general English, General intelligence, and quantitative aptitude. Understand each topic in detail, clear your concepts, and take up the tough sections and leave the easy ones for later.

For 6-9 months remaining:

This phase is most vital for job aspirants. Most exams have 3-4 phases, so you need to create a study plan that allocates time to each section. Try to complete the syllabus of the Sarkari job exam 1-2 months prior to the actual exam and practice previous years’ question papers in the remaining time. Revise all the formulas and basic concepts, take mock tests regularly, analyze your weak points, make short notes and tricks so that you can do a quick rehearsal before the exam.

For 5-3 months remaining:

This is when you must be done with your preparation and are only left with a few easy topics that won’t take too much of your time. Give more practice tests in a real-time simulated environment, see how well you perform under pressure, and identify sections that you don’t perform well in.

For 1-2 months remaining:

During this time, repeated revision is the key. Give as many mock tests as you can, solve previous years ‘question papers, and practice mock interviews in the time being.

The most important thing is to study from proper sources, learn time management, see if the exam has negative marking scheme and if it does, try to not answer any question wrongly, practice more questions, stay focused and motivated and work hard and smart. Remember to give the Sarkari Job exam your best.
