The process to make concrete is explained as follows. Open the crafting table. Combine 4 x sand blocks, 4 x gravel blocks, and a dye of your choice on the crafting table in any order you may want. This step will give you concrete powder. The recipe to turn concrete powder into concrete is fundamental.  Whenever the concrete powder comes in contact with a flowing water body, it’ll turn into solid concrete of the dye used while crafting.
